The project consists of the conversion of a non-residential building into housing, creating another landmark in the context of the urban regeneration taking place in the city of Lisbon. Keeping its former dimensions, the project included the restoration of the façades and the alteration of the layout, with the creation of renovated spaces that achieve an ideal balance between spatial and functional aesthetics.

Exhibiting a typical façade from eighties office architecture, the project set out to mitigate the original impact of the structure and its poor integration in the urban context. Work was done so that the renovated façade, benefiting from restrained and contemporary lines and colours and communicating excellence, would be incorporated into the urban fabric, giving the building dignity in relation to the adjacent apartment buildings.
