Sustainability Area Manager

Responsibility includes the development of the sustainability area, integrated with all building design components; The selection and subcontracting of service providers in the areas of sustainability strategies, building, and energy certification.

 

The Candidate must have a Degree in Architecture or Engineering; More than 5 years of experience in the area of sustainability management; Certifier of some sustainable construction systems (LEED, BREEAM, LiderA, PASSIVHouse, among others); Mastering of computer tools to support production; English (B2 level).

The Candidate must have a Degree in Engineering; More than 5 years of experience in project management and preparation of execution projects; Mastering of computer tools to support production; English (B2 level).

Architect/Interior Designer

Responsibilities include the design, development and execution of projects; designing environments, select finishings, defining specifications and all the FF&E.

 

The Candidate must have 5 years of professional experience in the areas of Hospitality, Retail and Restaurant Projects / Decoration Projects and furniture choice / Project Execution and Construction Project Development / Project Management; Extensive knowledge of furniture brands and construction materials; Sobriety, honesty, organization, discipline and commitment to work; Results oriented and meeting deadlines; Good knowledge of 3D projection software (modelling and rendering) in the area of interior design; Interest in the luxury market; Ability to draw by hand; Mastering the English language; Strong connection to Aesthetics as a way of life; Availability to work and travel.

Responsibilities include the Development of environments and spaces in the different phases of the project; the Creation of sketches, drawings, paintings, and storyboards for key project ideas; the Preparation of conceptual or realistic proposals with different levels of detail and finish for different time limits; the Creation of different architectural layouts, proportions, perspectives, scales, etc.; the Creation of inspiring environments and different styles with a focus on composition, light, and color.

 

The Candidate must have a Degree in Graphic Design, Art, Architecture, Illustration or other relevant training; present a Domain of Photoshop, Illustrator or other software for illustration (we value knowledge in Architecture and 3D modeling software); a B2 level of English language.
