The Casal Ribeiro residential project comprises four buildings which form a harmonious complex of 73 apartments. Various heritage concerns were taken into consideration, and the pre-existing construction was preserved as far as possible when architecturally relevant and consistent with the surrounding area. With an approximate area of 10.000 sqm – including 4.000 sqm underground –, the complex is designed in a V-shape and prioritises a world-class standard of living. Inside the complex, four different environments were created, corresponding to the characteristics of the buildings: from the more formal, classic feel of the buildings on Rua Actor Taborda to the elegant, minimalist contemporary approach taken in the apartments of the glass rooftop in the Casal Ribeiro building.
