Bayline Residential Complex
Capitalising on the contemplation of the surrounding landscape
Introduction
With an excellent location, the new residential complex will comprise 256 apartments distributed across six different volumes. Characterised by significant horizontality, accentuated by a series of wide terraces and glass façades designed in a stylised, subtle manner, the design was intended to convey a feeling of lightness and harmony. A triangular geometry is adopted to increase solar control of the building, emphasising the play of shadows and volumes of the buildings and enriching the overall image of the complex. The design emphasises the idea of a holiday home, and the solutions proposed aim to create a unique identity able to make a mark on the landscape without damaging.
