Bayline
With its privileged location, this new residential complex is made up of 256 apartments across six volumes. Characterised by a high degree of horizontality, and accentuated by a series of large, glassed balconies, which were designed with stylised and suave forms,
the aim was to convey an idea of lightness and harmony. A triangular geometry was adopted so as to improve the control of sun exposure in the complex and emphasise the games of shadow and light and the volumes, to thus enrich the overall image of the complex.

The concept prioritises the idea of the holiday home and the solutions proposed seek to produce a unique identity that can stand out in the landscape without harming it.
