Favorita

A residential project located in a vast area where the old “Favorita” chocolate factory once stood, in Graça, Lisbon. A place with history, now reimagined! Inspired by the essence of the “Vilas Operárias” (Workers’ Villages) and the memory of the site, we designed a project that balances respect for the past with a contemporary architectural language. The heart of this development is its large courtyard, transformed into a habitable and vibrant space where community and nature meet. Delicate metal balconies, the nobility of the tiles and Lioz stone, and a stunning view over Lisbon and the river — all designed to create a unique experience.
