Hotel Olaias
Introduction
The Hotel Olaias, located in Lisbon, presents a joint reading between the hotel building and the one destined for the student residence, in the adjoining lot. Their relationship is materialized by the creation of a semi-covered square, creating a coherent and articulated set between the two plots, establishing a unity that relates to the surroundings.
The hotel will have 290 accommodation units, and is spread over 9 floors that rest on a basement floor, occupied essentially with social and support areas.
