The K-Tower Lisbon business centre, a project by S+A in partnership with Metro Urbe for Krest Real Estate Investments, which is currently under construction, to be completed in 2023, intends to form an harmonious composition with the neighbouring building, essentially through its base level – as if it were an extension. On top, each building stands out independently, reflecting its different uses and guaranteeing the diversity that enriches the urban landscape. Developed in 14 floors, 10 of which are destined for offices, this building provides, on the inside, large spaces with excellent natural lighting throughout its periphery, filtered by a system of vertical blades that control the solar incidence and protect the views of the neighbouring unit.
