The main challenge of this project was to achieve a balance between urban lifestyle and nature. Therefore, the approach was that of horizontal connection with the ground boosted by continuous blade-like slabs along the façades. By aligning sustainability with the dwellers well-being, the set of semi-detached villas and 4-storey buildings were designed with simple and delicate lines to materialise a pavilion in the park, using a colour-scheme matching the landscape -which is the Belas territory. The light-shade texture achieved by the pallet of natural terracotta materials, together with the neighbouring greenery will reduce the visual impact of the built environment and create a community in a privileged setting with clear views, almost infinite, in balance with nature.
