NIDO Student Housing
The Nido Student Residence, in Campo Pequeno, Lisbon, is a student accommodation project that offers a total of 380 rooms, of 15 different types. Located in one of the most privileged areas of Lisbon, this block building occupies an extensive street front, with a facade that gives it scale, breaking the horizontality of the volume. The building has a range of resources that promote comfort and a unique experience. More than thinking of these residences as an accommodation solution for students in Lisbon, the spaces were designed with the well-being and quality of life of residents in mind.
In addition to the diversity of rooms adapted to the needs of each student, the residence offers a set of resources that will contribute to making the entire space a place of well-being. It combines useful resources for study, such as study rooms for groups and individuals, with other facilities aimed at entertainment and leisure, such as a cinema room, gym, games room, TV lounge, bicycle storage, laundry, among others.
