Quinta Bensaúde

Inserted in an area that will undergo a deep urban regeneration, this project grants the opportunity to solve a sensitive part of the city of Lisbon, where 2 different rhythms and speeds converge. Designed with simplicity and clear-thinking, the layout of these 3 residential buildings, is outlined by a square mesh. These meshes materialize into frames that occupy the front plane of the façade, ensuring privacy and comfort to the outdoor living of the balconies and the apartments as well.
