The building simultaneously establishes a continuity and a distinction in distinction in relation to the urban fabric in which it is located, asserting -as an exceptional space, with its own architectural and functional identity, It integrates with its surroundings, enhancing the existing the existing site, through a balanced, logical and harmoniousrelationship with its surroundings. Given the links to the natural elements and the system of views, the the volume fits into the terrain assuming a green cover that incorporates the reality to the west, the Nun’s Pine Forest, and frees the the remaining façades where to the east the relationship with the landscape of the Judeu river and the Arrábida mountain range in the the farthest horizon. Above the two storey basement, a one storey volume in the form of a slab stands out.
