With great enthusiasm, we present our latest condominium project in Vilamoura, in the Algarve region.
In this stunning setting, our architecture pays homage to nature, seamlessly integrating with the surrounding golf courses and endless beaches. The glass-fronted balconies of this condominium serve as genuine extensions of the interiors, providing panoramic views that extend as far as the eye can see. These balconies establish a direct connection with the surrounding nature, inviting residents to appreciate the serenity of this unique environment.

The architecture of this project follows a concept of environmental integration, emphasizing the relationship between the interior and the exterior. The buildings feature a longitudinal design that gently merges with the terrain, enhanced by the presence of glass-fronted balconies. These balconies are designed to be more spacious in the communal areas, creating generous social spaces, while in the private bedroom areas, they are more discreet, ensuring residents' privacy.

The project incorporates a language of lightness and simplicity in its materiality. For the residential complex, we have opted for durable and resistant materials such as aluminum, glass, stone, and synthetic stucco coating. The Serenity comprises two lots and offers a total of 53 residential units, with typologies ranging from t0 to t4.

The communal areas are thoughtfully oriented towards the interior of the lot, creating a serene and inviting environment for residents. The architecture celebrates the harmony between humans and nature.
