Introduction

The proposal foresees the construction of three towers, ranging from 120 to 210m high. At 27-storeys high, the principal tower is also the lowest, though it is distinguished by its crystalline spiral-shaped vertical structure that emerges gradually from an orthogonal base. The design of the tower base features a podium-like extension in levels 1 to 4 to accommodate the service and shopping areas. Though the complex will undoubtedly stand out as an architectural landmark given its accentuated geometry, the whole is harmoniously integrated into its surroundings and the pre-existing urban fabric. The complex is located in the central business district of Astana close to the city’s main public buildings and monuments.
