Located in Lisbon, this is a residential complex made up of two separate buildings. The relationship with the surrounding area is reflected in the elevations, which feature large glass curtain walls framed by triangular balconies, so as to deceive the observer into believing there is accentuated and fragmented movement of the facade. This is a design based on simple lines and a cosmopolitan character.
The buildings have eight floors above ground level and three below. In terms of usability, the complex offers 100 apartments ranging from one bedroom to 4 bedrooms.
At the ground floor level, two shops make the connection to the gallery of the next building to the East. In the interior, functionality, exposure to the sun and spatial optimisation are privileged by means of limited circulation spaces and a flexible layout that is able to respond to current or future needs.
