Located in Cancún, the proposal foresees the development of three residential blocks. With an overall floor area of 8.000 sqm, the project’s representative character and its solid integration in its surroundings required special care in the overall design. Featuring 132 residential apartments which blend into the landscape, the programme ranges from T2 to T3-type residences. On the façade, the recessed terraces and the large openings, operate as an extension of the interiors while simultaneously protecting inhabitants’ privacy. The project is further enhanced by a garden, a paddle tennis court and a swimming pool, facilitating its integration into the surrounding environment.
