The proposal foresees the development of three 28-storeys high towers, embracing commerce, services and residential areas. With an overall floor area of 77.758 sqm, the project’s representative character and its solid integration in its surroundings required special care in the buildings’ design. In this regard, a volumetric definition was conceived by fragmenting the construction into three volumes united by a common base and by several air corridors. Though the complex will undoubtedly stand out as an architectural landmark, the whole is harmoniously integrated into Luanda’s city centre.
