TVN House is set on a protected 1.6-hectare stretch of Atlantic forest, on Txai Itacaré Resort. Comprising several villas carefully distributed throughout the area and set harmoniously within the surrounding native vegetation, the resort is a few steps from the beach and enjoys breathtaking views of the ocean. With the signature of the architect Marcelo Montoro, founder of S+A in Brazil, the project merges with the morphological characteristics of the surrounding landscape. Formally, the volume is enhanced by the large openings and the interior courtyards, where the boundaries between interior and exterior are diluted.
