Located in Barranquilla, Colombia, this residential complex consists of one vertical building of cosmopolitan character. The exterior image is fluid and almost paradoxical in its simplicity. Endowed with wide glass panels the tower is framed with landscaped terraces, humanising it.

Vertically, the building rises to 17 floors above ground and consists of 29 apartments with types ranging from the T3 to Penthouse. The ground floor is to be used by commercial establishments and the first one, as main entrance for the residential units. The remaining floors are to be used for residential purposes.
