REAL ESTATE AWARDS

The Oriente Green Campus project, developed by S+A in partnership with KPF, was distinguished at the Real Estate Awards (Prémios do Imobiliário), an initiative organized by SIC Notícias and Jornal Expresso, this past November 2025.

The project received three awards: the Prestige Award, the Sustainability Award, and the Rehabilitation and Construction Award in the office category. This is a source of immense pride for us, as it recognizes the quality of our teams’ work.
