Senior and Project Architect (8–12 Years of Experience)

Requirements / Desired Profile:
Compatible Education: Degree / Master’s in Architecture.

Proven Experience: Between 8 and 12 years of experience in all project phases, with a portfolio that demonstrates talent in medium and large-scale projects.

Quality Focus: Ensuring that the project adheres to all defined standards (legislation, aesthetics, sustainability, functionality, etc.).

Creativity: The ability to create unique, innovative, and significant solutions, combining imagination, technical knowledge, and sensitivity to create spaces that are functional, aesthetic, and relevant.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD.

Flexibility and Ambition: Willingness to work on large-magnitude projects, adapting to different cultural and technical contexts.

Proactivity and Continuous Improvement: Being capable of seeking innovative and consistent solutions for day-to-day challenges, having an insatiable desire to learn, and being open to new methods and technologies.

Leadership Ability (a differentiating factor): Enjoying investing time in the coordination and development of junior colleagues, and being able to manage a project and the assigned team.
